Taiwan-ASEAN Trade Statistics August 2025

In August 2025, the total trade volume between Taiwan and ASEAN countries were 16.660 billion US dollars. The total exports from Taiwan to ASEAN were 10.642 billion US dollars, while the total imports from ASEAN to Taiwan were 60.18 billion US dollars. In comparison to August 2024, total trade volume between Taiwan and ASEAN countries has increased by 47.46%, while Taiwan’s export to ASEAN countries experienced a 46.89% increase, and Taiwan’s import from ASEAN countries increased by 48.81%. Malaysia ranks the highest amongst ASEAN countries with a total trade volume of 5.558 billion US dollars (Taiwan’s export to Malaysia were 3.736 billion US dollars while Taiwan’s import from Malaysia were 1.822 billion US dollars). Singapore is the second highest with a total trade volume of 4.522 billion US dollars (Taiwan’s export to Singapore were 3.215 billion US dollars while Taiwan’s import from Singapore were 1.307 billion US dollars).
