Taiwan-ASEAN Trade Statistics 2021 March

In March 2021, the total trade volume between Taiwan and ASEAN countries were 9.868 billion US dollars. The total exports from Taiwan to ASEAN were 5.758 billion US dollars, while the total imports from ASEAN to Taiwan were 4.110 billion US dollars. In comparison to March 2020, total trade volume between Taiwan and ASEAN countries has increased by 25.05%, while Taiwan’s export to ASEAN countries experienced a 24.01% increase and Taiwan’s import from ASEAN countries increased by 26.55%. Singapore ranks the highest amongst ASEAN countries with a total trade volume of 3.070 billion US dollars (Taiwan’s export to Singapore were 2.038 billion US dollars while Taiwan’s import from Singapore were 1.032 billion US dollars). Malaysia is the second highest with a total trade volume of 2.125 billion US dollars (Taiwan’s export to Malaysia were 1.032 billion US dollars while Taiwan’s import from Malaysia were 1.093 billion US dollars).
