The President of the CIER is responsible for overseeing all TASC programs and planning.  Daily operation and research shall be supervised by the Director appointed by the President of the CIER.

The three divisions under the Director include the Research & Policy Consultation Division, Cooperation & Conference Division, and Publications & Promotion Division. Each division is led and fully supported by experienced CIER staff.

A 9-15 member advisory committee will be convened to guide and oversee TASC research work direction and implementation. The committee will play a pivotal role - mapping out the direction of TASC programs, making suggestions, and providing critical guidance.
